Founded in Tsukiji with a 20-year legacy, Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime is a renowned flagship Edomae sushi restaurant.
We also operate "Yakiuo Ishikawa," the world’s first concept of "grilled fish without grilling meat," a groundbreaking innovation that took seven years to develop and is now rapidly expanding worldwide.

In-store roles include overseeing customer satisfaction, managing reservation systems, handling social media, and planning service initiatives, allowing you to gain experience in a wide range of customer service areas.
In store management, you’ll be involved in staff training and overseeing overall operations.
For culinary roles, you will manage responsibilities such as ingredient ordering, preparation, cost management, chef training, hygiene management, and quality control, allowing you to oversee every aspect of the cooking process.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the unique product development of each store.

- Salary: ¥240,000–¥380,000 (includes fixed overtime for 45 hours)

History of Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime
The journey began with Ishikawa Motonobu, the founder of Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime, who opened the restaurant in 2004 after years of rigorous training.
As time passed, more skilled artisans and restaurants emerged, carrying forward his vision.
Driven by the desire to advance the culture of Edomae sushi, Ishikawa Motonobu continues to dedicate his life to the mission of creating an ever-evolving Edomae sushi legacy, one that will be passed down through generations.
